What makes Berni special?

After pursuing business-oriented vocations, such as restaurant management and placement services, Bernadette turned to starting a family. She eventually began working at a local gym in various instructor roles. While training clients, she realized that she could help more people by continuing her education and obtaining her associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.  She will be helping Wendy to grow our aquatics program.

As a lifelong learner, she has always sought careers where she could help individuals from all ages and walks of life to meet their goals. In addition to her PTA role, she enjoys teaching group fitness classes.  People might be surprised to know that she didn’t start exercising until her late 30’s and has now completed: 1 Sprint Triathalon, 1 Marathon, numerous ½ marathons, 1 Ragnar (Lancaster to Poconos) and 4 Spartan Sprint races.
